What to Include in the Privacy Policy

We collect personal and studio-related information only through our application form, including but not limited to:

  • Studio name, contact person, and email address

  • Country and platform preferences

  • Game details (genre, video links, status, etc.)

  • Publishing expectations and pitch materials

We do not collect data automatically via the website.
2. Why We Collect It
We collect this information only to evaluate if a publishing partnership with your studio is suitable. If no agreement is made, your information is removed from our records within one year.
3. Where and How It’s Stored
All data is stored securely on Notion, a third-party workspace platform. We do not use local servers or cloud providers outside of Notion. No one outside our core team has access to your data.
4. Your Rights & Choices
Although the site does not offer user accounts or dashboards, you may contact us at any time to request deletion of your data or to ask questions. If a publishing agreement is not made, your data will be automatically deleted after 1 year.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended only for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors.
